The development and implementation of a set measures to preserve strengthen the health working population in our country is carried out within framework national projects «Health» «Demography», federal project «Strengthening public Health» others. In order determine features medical provision professional employees domestic industrial companies, special study was out. analysis current regulatory legal documents regulating system various enterprises objectives, structure, management healthcare, as well its main organizational socio-economic models, both based on departmental healthcare outsourcing, are considered. advantages limitations using these models possible risks were identified, while it turned that at present support for large companies not unified combines own organizations (divisions) centers with elements outsourcing public-private partnership. However, has been revealed present, market, transferring third-party exceed potential benefits. addition, results studying market services minimum necessary types work defined by requirements legislation per employee showed does provide economic advantages. Therefore, most rational further multi-stage providing care enterprises, including partnerships innovative technologies, primarily high-tech telemedicine. Along this, develop legislative justifying organization systems forms ownership, motivational approaches aimed increasing investment interest this socially determined activity.
